With TMS 14.1 is there a software version requirements for video end points? We have Classics , MXPs from F 3.1 to F 9.2 and C series from TC 2.0 to TC 5.1Also we have Movi 3.0 to Jabber 4.5.
I have a 52" C60 Profile and the password was changed locally, but noone knows what it is. TMS cannot connect and we cannot find a way for the end user to change the password or reset the end point to factory defaults. Any suggestions?

When I login usung Putty it still asks for a password which I just click and it reply's " PWREC@204.46.80's password. I click return and it reply's Access denied.
Also when I try to downgrade I get the error message that the "signature verification failed." How can I correct that or turn off the need for signature verification?
