I have a 52" C60 Profile and the password was changed locally, but noone knows what it is. TMS cannot connect and we cannot find a way for the end user to change the password or reset the end point to factory defaults. Any suggestions?
Just login with the following username and the codec would be restored to factory defaults:

When I enter pwrec at the username with nothiing as the password. I get "invalid credentials"
