Is there a way on the MXP and the C series systems to turn off the " Microphone off at far end " message that appears on the monitor on a point to point video call when the far end mutes its microphone? The customer complains that it appears while showing a presentation and distracts from the content.

Hi April,

Unfortunately it is not possible to turn off the “microphone off” icon as this is made by design, you can only turn off the all OSD mode with the following command:

xConfiguration Video OSD Mode : on/off

It is only possible to turn off the following Icon: (no need to mentioned OSD InputMethod Cyrillic & OSD LoginRequired)

OSD TodaysBookings :

xConfiguration Video OSD TodaysBookings: Off

OSD MyContactsExpanded :

xConfiguration Video OSD MyContactsExpanded: Off
