Struggling to understand the guidance in setting this up. Customer has Webex hybrid Calling with VDI. The call is handled via the expressways when the user is working from home.
But when the user comes INTO THE OFFICE, is everything still routed...
Opened a case with Cisco on this. This is a known issue. Cause is corrupted SSH credentials.configured on the phone. The fix is that you clear the SSH credentials. Once you save/apply, the problem is fixed.
