You can draw on the whiteboard right in the Cisco Spark app. After you create a whiteboard, you can edit it and share it, but you can't delete them.

on an ATA187 combination such as *1 through *9 are for speed dials. So as a workaround, to configure the desired number (e.g.: *115) as a speed dial or create a translation pattern on CUCM to translate 115 to *115.
Hi Javier, This is common issue, try creating a new phone template and try adding the phones again, and if possible do not add the line field.. also there are many issues when using office 2010... also try also when uploading the file to the call man...
