Yes, you were correct. There was a combination of config problem on ITSP side and miscommunication as to the IP we were actually supposed to send the calls to. All good now.

So as of now, we are trying to just run SNR calls out this trunk because the ITSP allows us to spoof the CID to be the original caller.

Hi Sid,Thanks for the info. It looks like this may be advice directed towards CUCM, I forgot to mention this was in IOS on CME.I actually didnt think to send it to a DN first so I will give that a shot.Thanks!Chris
