Within CUIC I ran an Agent Detail report on one agent for all call types. I ran a second report for same agent and filter on outbound calls. Both reports are exactly the same, the filter doesn’t appear to work.
Any Bug ?

Do you have any document or MOP regarding process of upgrading from 9.1.2.11900-12 aka 9.1(2)SU1 to 9.1(2) SU4 ?
Moreover I did not find any information regarding Unity Compatibility ?
So I am also facing same issue .We only see the issue when you call to specific location so I believe its more about that GW rather than the CuCM.
CuCM version: 9.1.2
GW Version 15.1
Any thought?
