Can you tell if Cisco today has a command that causes the 4500x switch to auto-recover? I believe that this behavior of not having auto-recovery only happens with the 4500x switches.

I could test the AVC software and it does not even come near granularity of information that the SCE does. Unfortunately, it seems that the AVC can not be used in large environments because of this reason.
