I have UCSC-C240-M4 crash running fw ver 2.0(3e) and the server is having PSU fault on CIMC but it clears within few minutes.
There is no amber light on the PSU1&2 physically. This was the only related bug i found

i have raised TAC case for this. Fix was to decommissioned the server so the UCSM cleared the information regarding this server and then recommissioned the server again.

I am hitting similiar issue and have tried re-acknowledging the blade but issue didnt fix.
Any idea what could cause the issue?
Infrastructure and blade upgrade was done from ver - 2.2(c) to 2.2(7B)
