Cisco Live Data

This is probably a really basic question, but I am not very familiar with the term Live Data with regards to CUIC. Is that just the rebranded name for the UCCE Realtime datasource on the awdb?

I am looking at a 10.x to 11.x upgrade and am seeing this referenced in a lot of documentation.

Hi Josh,
UCCE real-time reports pull data from AW Db and it refreshes every 15 sec.

Live Data on the other hand is a pull based subscription which gives you CC data in real real-time i.e., 3sec max.

It depends on your deployment. I suggest you look at design guide to see if you need another server or not.
