I am trying to create a custom gadget to send a REST API call to LCM to send the wrap up data for each outbound call. I am using the External Rest API sample gadget as my base. Does anyone know how to a) get the outbound account number for the call and reference it in a variable (I need to feed it as input) and b) how can I display that on the screen so I know it was successful? Any thoughts/suggestions would be extremely helpful and much appreciated! Thanks!

I think this might have been caused by a version mismatch. It was recommended that I rebuild my gadget using the syntax that is used in the 10.5 gadget and this worked. Thanks!

I am trying to create a gadget in Finesse that allows the agent to start typing the name of a school district in an input form and then take the result they select and put it in a Call Variable. I am able to run the html version in IE and it renders (although the formatting is not right - could be due to the other code in there to make it compatible with Finesse). When it is run in Finesse, the input box is missing completely. I do not see any errors in dev tools. I am not even sure how or where to begin troubleshooting this. For anyone else that experiences this, it turned out the jar file that we were packaging after finishing all the elements wasn't updated on all the CVP servers (in the common folder). Thanks!

Hi Chris, Thank you for your quick reply! I have attached the gateway config and debugs. I can see why we would match on the 950 dial peer (91..........), since that is what it comes across from the dialer with but am not sure what it SHOULD match to (as in, do we need to change what the dialer is sending across and create a new POTS dial peer?) Thank you Gergely! I don't think I worded this very well. We have an http trigger that accepts several parameters from the client (see screenshot for example). The http trigger works with several other scripts and uses the UCCX API to manage an outbound IVR campaign. They are asking us for a WSDL for this interaction. We explained that this is not a true webservice; it is a simple POST but we wanted to put it out to the community to see if anyone had any insight/ideas. We have successfully authenticated but the only way we were able to figure out how was to manually encode (see below): java.net.URLConnection c = new java.net.URL("http://192.168.1.111/adminapi/campaign").openConnection(); c.setDoInput(true); c.setRequestProperty("Authorization","Basic dWNjeGFkbWluOmlwY3NjMTI="); c.connect(); Does anyone know how to complete this authentication without manually encoding?
