Thanks, The turn around time to send a file to cisco TAC and have them extract and listen to the file, sent it back to me and then I listed is much to long. I want to perform a test call and analise it on the spot for pri or pstn quality issues....

Sorry that program doesn't play them. I'm not sure what the proper import settings for sample, codec other setting are. I know TAC uses audacity to look at the wave forms of the pcm but i'm not sure if they are pre-converted or what setting they use ...
