Hello,
I have a customer who wants to delete several teams and create a single new team with the existing agents from the old teams. What happens to the CUIC data for the old teams? I assume it stays in the CUIC database and they can still run reports on the old teams. I have been looking for a CISCO reference to show the customer their old data will still exist after the change.
Does anyone know of a reference to point to the CUIC function of deleted teams.
UCCX 11.6 with a co-resident CUIC.

...to me, this means it will be there until your purge cycle expires and removes it.
