In my testing the bug in 15.0(2)SE is not just cosmetic. It also prevents you from getting the TDR results in some cases. All ports that I've attempted to run the TDR against that were in an up/up state resulted in a Pair Status of "Not Completed"....
Sorry, but this is an incorrect answer. The correct answer would be to enter "no setup express" into the global configuration. This feature dates back to at least 12.1(13)AY which was released in July of 2003.
