is there any cisco published  be6k and be7k comparision chart? i don't find it online.

There is no cisco document i could find comparing the two, basically it would require checking the datasheet of both Products and comparing them. However, the following link pretty much covers what you are looking for

Thanks for your response. I did find the same link. However, it would have been good to have a certified doc from Cisco.

The main difference is the UCS platform type and sizing of the applications, all of which is documented on the data sheets.
