Thank you for your replay, the answer is ok for all above, the sip is reachable, I can sign in both cucm and cups, there is no firewall between exps for now, I can text others, the only problem is the call which you can see the logs.
You might have SIP Profile Issue, do as following and see if it gets resolved:
