Please Help
I have configured Expressway E & C, my jabber client logs in and IM and Presence works perfectly fine, the problem is The calls get Fast Busy signal and disconnects both from collab edge to CUCM and from CUCM to collab edge endpoints.

On the Exp-C node navigate to:
Configuration > Zones > Zones.
Are your CUCM server (s) showing as 'Active'?
If you click on them, does it show 'SIP Reachable' under the Peer Address?
Are all the relevant FW ports open between the Exp-C and Exp-E nodes?

Thanks,

Judging by the search results, your destination address is searched in the default zone, but should be in a neighbor type zone for cucm. I assume that you have not configured dial-plan search rules on expressway-C
