This is made worse by Jabber's ability to drag names to reorder them - You can customize the order of the active chat list but then as soon as someone responds that custom order is overridden to move the response to the top.
I'm still having this same problem after restarting the CCX Configuration API server and subsequently rebooting. I have a TAC case open but the engineer says they don't support the API. Any help?
