We are facing an issue with directory handler for cisco unity connection 18.104.22.16800-621, When calling unity main number and selection option 4 to route to directory handler, where it's not searching the name when tried with last and fast name search query as it will ask to enter the details but it will only come with 2 search option but there are many users/search results with same last name.
Option for maximum search in directory handler is set to 10 and users are listed in list in directory checkbox with recorded names.
Can someone help what wrong with directory search and what needs to be do for resolving?

Here we have setup for shared line between caller A and Caller B. Call to Caller A will be answered by Caller B first which is a shared line with caller A Primary line.
The issue is when Caller B.answer the call using expansion module and put on hold and to announce caller A about call to retreve it the call get dropped when caller A trying to pick up.
The call flow is PSTN--SIP SBC [ACME] -- CUCM--IP Phone
Caller B. phone 7975 [SCCP] firmware SCCP75.9-3-1SR2-1S [MAC address: 3C5EC30D267B]
caller A phone 8861 [SIP] firmware [sip88xx.10-2-2-16] [Mac address:SEP40A6E8B01BF3]
The logs shows "SIP; cause=200; text="Call completed elsewhere" in cancel request and the call gets dropped with Q.850;cause=41 as Temporary failure in Bye message
Can some help how to resovle this issue.

I'm pretty much sure in these log traces it will be some where the call get dropped when trying to take from Caller A as its receiving Disconnect sent as soon call in remote use.

Hi, We are running a Cisco Unified Business Edition version 22.214.171.12400-18. Call manger is integrated with LDAP server and unity connection is not able to import users from Call manger. Getting an error "There are no items selected. Please click the check box next to the item you wish to import." even though the use is available in call manager. Sync section is giving an error "'Found 0 Unified Communications Manager User(s)" AXL Server tab under phone system is grayed out and no errors observed from "Check telephony configuration " from related links Is there an alternate way to add the user(s) in Cisco unity using some tool or CLI using SQL queries. Hi Experts, Strange issue with Call park as whenever the calls are placing on park internal or external its getting an error "No park number available" Call flow is Ip phone -- ACME [SIP] --- PSTN The CSS of all phone for SIP trunk and phones have access, and few times its working and many times getting the error message. Configured all Park numbers on 4 subscribers with different ranges but without any luck. Hi All, A user has changed the user id and in LDAP and call manager the new user ID is reflected without any error with same extension but the in unity connection its showing always an error "This user cannot be found in the LDAP Directory".
