I am looking to limit the number of simultaneous sessions to a single call handler. I have a CTI Port with busy trigger set to one and this is forwarded to unity however I am allows to make more that 1 call simultaneously. Thank you

Thanks David, I had already restarted Cisco Finesse Tomcat servicer via CLI and resolved the issue.

Hi mightyking , I am experiencing this too. Did you find the cause/resolution? Suspect just restart Finesse Tomcat service?
