Thank you for the reply,The user has been disabled in the AD for 4 days but it is still showing as active (LDAP Sync Status) in the CUCM. I have restarted the CUCM DirSync and it is still show up.

We found the issue, It is in the gateway. Someone put this on interface Serial0/0/0:23, it is fixed after it is removedisdn map address . plan unknown type unknown.Thanks all
