Hi,
After the christmas break i noticed the clocks on our SPA ip phones were runing 15mins fast, when I loggged into CCA only my UC560 and 2 of my ESW switches are showing in the network topology and none of the phones. plus we have another 4 switches that should be visible too.
Im not aware of any issue that could of caused this and they appear to be fuctioning normally.
I cannot sync the time on the 2 visible swiches either.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this?

Hi,
Kindly confirm whether your UC560 is currently showing the right time.if its right
Try to restart the telephony services in UC over CLI and check .Let me know current software pack details of your UC560.

Hi Moorthy,
Yes UC560 is showing correct time and now linked by ntp.
the other 2 switches shown did not have the same system time but I have since changed them to the correct time.
the switches that are not listed do have the correct system time and all the phones are displaying the time from the uc560
the software version of the UC560 is 15.0(1)XA3a
I haven't restarted the phone system because it seems to be functioning ok and I would hate for it to restart with only the configuration shown under CCA.
