Hello,
we have a 1900 series router that is running CME and CUE. Now the end users are raising concerns that when they transfer a call from one phone to another they here 'transferring to xxxx'. on some phone they hear the auto attendant say "transfering to USERNAME". what options do we look at to ensure that all users when they transfer a call or when a customer calls into their office they get the auto attendant saying the individual's name and not the extension number.

Hi Dimitri,
This usually happens when some users have not recorded
their "recorded name" on CUE. The default if no name is recorded is to
use "transferring to xxxx" and if the name is recorded it's "transferring to username"
Cheers!

yes, the customer has recorded their name in voicemail.
currently:
inbound call => user selects the extension number and the CME says 'calling extension #'
inbound call => user selects dial by username and the CME says 'calling person's name'
our customer wants it to be that in both cases the CME responds to 'calling person's name' is this possible?
