BOOT PROBLEMS AS5850 - Compact Flash Cards Compatibility

Hi!

I have a AS5850 with RSC Card. In this card i have a 32MB compact flash card. The problem is that the image loaded in this card do not correspond to an AS5850, an my bootflash is corrupted, so i cannot boot my system, and it is only in Rommon.

The RSC do not support Xmodem, so i have no other option to boot my system than get another equipment, load the image in there, and then bring the card to my system and then boot.

So i need to know what kind of equipment could i use for this purpose? Only another AS5850??

Do you know any other solution for this problem???

There is no other option. You can RMA the flash card by opening the case with cisco and have the new flash card shipped from cicso with AS5850 image preloaded.

OR

You can try to use flash card from 3600 series routers or AS5800 as well.
