BUSY TONE PROBLEM

Hi,

I'm facing problem in below scenario.

My Mobile is engaged with another call. At the same time, when i try to reach my mobile from any of the IP phone, it is not giving any alert like "Line is Busy" or disconnected status tone.

It is totally Blank. No tone at all. During normal operations it is fine.

Please help on this.
