Dear Netpros
i have call that hang on my 5300 ver Version 12.3(10a)
any way for me to disconnect that specific call manualy without disconnecting other active calls?

Hello!
You have to find the channel the call is hanged on. You can make it with 'show voice call status' or with calltracker (1st you have to enable it and use something like: show call calltracker active | include calling). If you found the channel, you can use:
clear interface serialX:Y where X is the PRI number and Y is the channel. Bear in mind, that dorpping channel 15 will drop all calls on the given PRI!
e.g.: (with calltracker)
DS0 slot/port/ds1/chan=0/1/1/13, called=
clear int s1:13

my controller config is :
controller E1 0
clock source line primary
ds0-group 0 timeslots 1-15,17-31 type r2-digital
i have this call hanged and i want to clear only this one:

it is on controller 0 channel 9
while i have around 25 other normal calls that i dont want to disconnect
i dont have serial interfaces to clear
any suggestions?
