Call routing

Can i use cisco 7206 VXR to act as softswitch , handle the call routing between my customers and my gatewats.

Hi,

Its sounds like to me that you require the IPIPgw software, which is not available for the 7206, The Cisco Multiservice IP-to-IP Gateway is a special IOS software load that runs on the Cisco 2600XM, 3660, 3725 and 3745 series of multiservice gateway platforms only.

I had the same problem and had to but the 2610XM and IOS and licence to get up and running hairpinning VOIP calls!
