I have a T1 PRI dms-100 over MGCP.
There is a Translation Pattern that routes the T1 numeration to a Hunt Pilot -2100-. This is a assigned to a Hunt List and a Line Group of extensions where the operators answer the calls.
My problem is that I'm not receiving the Calling Party number on the phones screens. I always receive 'Unknown number'.
I tried with different combinations on the T1 Gateway configuration (tried changing Calling party IE number type, Calling Numbering Plan, Display IE Delivery... etc). I have also checked into the Translation Patter that Use Calling Party's External Phone Number Mask is enabled, don't know if i have to enabled it on the Hunt Pilot too.

Telco is not sending calling number.
If they claim otherwise, have them come on premises with their test equipment, and challenge them to show it to your eyes.
