Hi all,

Looking for a bit of assistance regarding a CME where by all the phones (3) are rebooting at "Configuring CM List".

Hopefully I will provide all that is required but will provide more if needed.

##The 3 phones are all 7940's and this was previously working.

##Currently they are all unregistered but Layer 3 connectivity is good.

ephone-1 Mac:0012.0101.0C5F TCP socket:[-1] activeLine:0 UNREGISTERED

mediaActive:0 offhook:0 ringing:0 reset:0 reset_sent:0 paging 0 debug:0 caps:0

IP:0.0.0.0 0 Unknown 0  keepalive 0 max_line 0

ephone-2 Mac:0012.00EC.B362 TCP socket:[-1] activeLine:0 UNREGISTERED

mediaActive:0 offhook:0 ringing:0 reset:0 reset_sent:0 paging 0 debug:0 caps:0

IP:0.0.0.0 0 Unknown 0  keepalive 0 max_line 0

ephone-3 Mac:0012.0101.0C4A TCP socket:[-1] activeLine:0 UNREGISTERED

mediaActive:0 offhook:0 ringing:0 reset:0 reset_sent:0 paging 0 debug:0 caps:0

IP:0.0.0.0 0 Unknown 0  keepalive 0 max_line 0

##TFTP Bindings shows the files for the phones are available.

tftp-server flash:/its/XMLDefault7960.cnf.xml alias SEP001201010C5F.cnf.xml

tftp-server flash:/its/XMLDefault7960.cnf.xml alias SEP001200ECB362.cnf.xml

tftp-server flash:/its/XMLDefault7960.cnf.xml alias SEP001201010C4A.cnf.xml

##I have connected to the local switch and downloaded the files and can open them - they contain the required info (IP  & Port).

Switch#more flash:SEP001201010C4A.cnf.xml

#I have recreated the CNF files and reset phones but no change.  I do get an error saying the time is not set however the CNF files have been created.  Router is using an external NTP server.

Debug of the tftp shows the file is accessible:

##I have tried changing the source IP address to a loopback address and reset phones but no change.

I suspect i am probably missing something obvious but any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks.
