Internal calls can be transferred without problem.
Internal calls to single number reach (SNR) will connect to external number without a problem.
If the external call is answered, the call can be transfered to an external number without any problems.
External calls to SNR or SIP extension with CfwdALL configured will ring on the external number but on connection no audio is heard in either direction, the call signalling (hang up) still works. I have found some posts relating to NAT port and firewall settings but they all seemed to be for Asterix not Cisco.
I have a UC520 running

Hi,
Did you manage to solve this? I am expiriencing the same issue with CUCM-H323-SIP TRUNK Provider.
Thanks

Problem solved.
NAT on SIP Provider modem.

hi,
if the problem is 'NAT on SIP Provider modem' what is the solution?
10-26-2011 02:31 AM
Hi,
Ask them to provide you with static IP connection to them and not use the modem LAN-> (nat).
For example your current design may be: UC500 (192.168.1.x) ->Ethernet->(192.168.1.254) modem ->(10.44.22.x) - Connection to ISP-> (x.x.x.x) ISP Side.
So ask them to change this to: UC500 (10.44.22.x) -> Ethernet->(10.44.22.y)modem->Connection to ISP
Thanks,
Elias
