How to add username and password on the sip phones to register with FreePBX?

Hi,

I am trying to register my sip phones to FreePBX, but the criteria for the registration is that you are able to know the username and password of the device(sip phones). Here I have a 7942 Cisco IP phone and having issues on how to track and get access to the username and password of the device.

Any help would be much appreciated.
