That's a 3PCC/MPP firmware based 78XX. You need to have a enterprise firmware based phone.

Hi there

 

Following Nipun's posts, you need a CP-7811-3PCC-K9= to work with this firmware.

If your phone is CP-7811-K9= phone you need cmterm-78xx.10-3-1-12 or later
