I tried setting up a backup for my CCM 8.5. But now when I try to go back into the Disaster Recovery System and click on the back up I set up...it just keeps showing:
"Status: Unable to process request, master agent is busy"
How can I clear this and try to set this up again?

Hi
CCM 8.5? You are on the leading edge of technology...
Go into 'Control Center - Network Services'. Listed there are the DRF Master and DRF Local services that make up this service. Restart the DRF Master, and leave it a few minutes to settle then try again.
Network Services is in the Serviceability pages (https://ccm-ip/ccmservice)

Go to CUC Serviceabilty > Tools > Cluster Management > Port Manager, for Publisher click on Stop Taking Calls.
This should now allow you to restore a backup.
