i need help with this error message on my AS5350

could not find anything relevant

Here's what I found from the Error message decoder. " The NextPort module has sent a NAK response." Looks like a timeout issue to me.

You can try to reaseat the modules and DSP's (daughter cards) into the AS5400 as see if in happens again.

If YES you should escalate the problem through TAC.
