We recently bought brand new 7945G phones from Cisco and we cannot get them to registered. We have configured our server to use TCP and we are using the most recent firmware on the phone. I am thinking something is wrong with our SEP.xml config file. Has anyone ran into issue with the new 7945 phones or any new phones from Cisco
Also under my status the send & rcv codec = none

Are you running SIP or SCCP?
What error messages are being displayed?
Did the phones get a valid IP addresses?
Did you configure the CUCM with the MAC addresses of the new phones?

It is running SIP, no error messages just a red X over the phone. below is a screen capture of wireshark when trying to make a call. Yes the phone got a valid IP and we are running an Asterisk server

Well that screen shot did not come through well. Sorry.. The ports being blocked work on on the older 7945 running SIP45.8-5-4S. The brand new 7945G's will not let you downgrade and require 9-3 or higher. We have TCP enabled on the server as well.
