Progress_ind ---need explanation

Hi,

I've a configuration for Dial-peer 1 voice pots

progress-ind alert enable 8

also I found progress-ind setup enable 3

Anyone would like to explain the requirement of these syntax?

It is used for troubleshooting no ringback scenarios in H.323 VoIP network.
