SS7 link not up

Dear All,

Can any one help me on SS7 configuration. Actually i have configure ss7 with my cisco AS5400 IOS 124-11.T4 and the SS7 was in service normally (IS)

but after i have upgrade my ISO to 151-2.T1 the SS7 link on my E1 controller not up ( OS ).

I have to downgrade my cisco IOS to previous 124-11.T4 to make it work. Can you help me what was the issue may caused this?

Note: I have disable fraud ip list already.

I have the same issue . 

I can add even more , the links become OOS after upgrade to 12.4.20 T.

Is your AS5400 controlled by PGW?

I've a scenario with different AS5400HPX with firmware 12.4.15 T17 and AS5400XM with firmware 15.1.4M8 without problem.

Can you post AS configuration?

Do you have try to force the link IS using PGW mml?

Sure, my Cisco working under Cisco MGC ver 9.6.1

Force link to IS using MML was unsuccessful.
