Hi all,
I'm facing a daunting task where one of our multi-site customer is having a lot of voice quality issues across most of their sites ever since we migrated them a new network with and a new hosted phone system (Broadsoft w/ polycom phones). My policy maps are matching EF traffic in the core and on the CPE devices with 0 dropped packets whenever the circuits are over-utilized. I would like to know if there are certain variables that pertain to the ES+ cards that would cause some issues or limitations.
This is a typical example of how my policy-maps are setup.
