dear,

I am new in VOIP and facing the following problems in VOIP:

Voice breakage

Echo

Jitter

Loss

Distortion

one-way-voice

underwater voice

robotic voice

voice getting lower and heard less

dont just tell me the cause of these problems, kindly tell me what to do when these problems occur so that I can rectify them, I want the solution of these issues

It's very likely that most if not all of your problems are QoS related. The simplest way to begin to fix these issues is with the "autoqos" command if supported by your devices. See the link below.
