6851 expansion module

Hi there,

side panel for cisco 6851 seems not working properly. after upgrading to version sip68xx.11-2-3MSR1-1 all buttons become orange instead of green

my configuration is like this:

fnc=sd+blf;sub=xxxxx@$PROXY;nme=anyname

I tested with both Asterisk and Broadsoft server type but no success (light solid orange).

But configuring as: fnc=sd+blf;ext=xxxxx@$PROXY;nme=anyname

works only as speed dial (light solid green)

Any help ?

Actually I haven't tested again as I replaced it by 8841 and configured the buttons as BLF and it worked. So it could something wrong with the expansion module as the phone worked without it.

It might be indeed a fault with the KEM. 

Try using 11.3.1 and see if it makes any difference.
