I have just got a 3CX phone system and I am trying to install a 7961G phone that I bought second hand. The phone was still full of settings when it arrived so I tried to reset it.
I used the 123456789*0# sequence. The phone looks like its upgrading, it tried to download term61.default I get the statement "ok" in the box next to it. My phone has an IP address that is correct for my network but then after approx a minute my phone reboots and starts the upgrading all over again.
What am I doing wrong?
