9971 SIP phone re-registering every 10 mins

On a UC560, is it normal for a 9971 to re-register itself to the UC every 10 mins?

Without fail it happens. Whilst the phone is re-registering it says "Not Registered" and then reconnects.

Only noticed this happening after I configured a SIP trunk. So im not sure if its a coincidence. All configured with CCA:

Hi Fabio,

How are you doing.

I face exactly the same issue now - all 9951/8961 phones cannot receiving incoming calls, all the incoming calls fail, but outgoing calls are fine, and the phones stay registered.

The fix you described here(authenticate register and username/password in sip dn) is already in the config, it is configured via CCA. Any idea if there is another reason for the problem? Any other workaround?
