Has anyone ever experienced the following:
Customer is having A4 coming up on the called ID and the phone rings 5 or 6 times and when answered there is no one there. It continues to call back a few times and then stops. Then it will re-occur after that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Start mentioning version you're using, type of line, relevant config.

Hi Mate,
It would seem you have the phantom calling bug, which was first observed in version 7.6 but I haven't seen it happen lately.
Can you advise of the following please:
* Software Pack in use
* CCA configured or manual CLI
* Does it occur after a reboot? And if so how long does it take to show up
How often does it occurs?

takes 12hrs to re-occur after reboot
10+times per day

Hi Craig,
I would suggest you do a Software Pack update as 8.1 had some odd behaviour.
Download the latest one and do the full upgrade, I know its a pain in the backside but it us well worth it :-)
