Hi,
How can I upload AA prompt file without going through wizard in SPA9000? I do not want to record through Analog phone because of voice quality.

Wayne

Wayne,
You can achieve this by recording your own prompts. For detailed instructions check out:
Look on page 133.
Additionally I would use Audacity, which is an open source project, to record your prompts. You can find detailed instructions using Audacity and SPA9000 here:

This is about all that is out there for this and should cover for what you need aside from the USB microphone you will use to actually record.
On a side note, you might find the quality to not be much better and require you to take more time fine tuning your recordings. I have done it both ways and recording them outside the IVR can take quite of bit of extra work to get perfect and the end product may not be too much better, but depends on the amount of time you are willing commit and what is acceptable for your enviornment. If you have quality issues through the IVR you may want to change rooms, remove background noise (computer fans, end-users, etc.) or try using another better quality analog telephone with a better mic.
