AA when done repeating several times send to ext

Trying to have to AA not play the goodbye prompt but send to a direct ext if end user does not hit menu options.  Also, helps out if a rotary caller calls the AA.

Any idea on how to create this action?

Hi,

This is not possible using the native scripts. But it is possible if you create you own script using the CUE editor. You can have the system transfer the call to an arbitrary extension if the caller doesn't press any option. Very good documentation here:
