Ability to customize region packs

It is a very good feature to be able to cusomize region packs. This way users can have their own system prompts for their company. have their dial plans customized for their needs. etc.

does anyone know that this is possible, since there is a field in the region selection page for uploading the region pack from cumputer.

The process is currently handled by Cisco based on customer/business case. Please contact your sales account manager if you need a specific region pack. Please note we are prioritizing first country/general country pack requests.

Dear Alberto,

Thanks again for quick response. I have noticed that an english version of Switzerland regoin pack is available on the cloud. What I need is an english version of Brazil region Pack, which is a general one and does not need efforts for customizing a full region pack. can you do anything for that matter?
