Accessing outside line w/o Access Code

New UC560 installation.

Client just informed us that they do not want to dial a number for an outside line, such as 8 or 9. Is there some way in CCA 3.2.1 to accomplish this?

Hello,

You may select the button as COline under the phone configuration.

Also at the begining of the Telephony Setup Wizard you may choose the system mode - PBX and Key system. You  should choose key system to seize the PSTN lines directly.
