I've got a customer with a uc560 on pri. There are two main reception points that login to a BACD to get calls on their main number. In the last two weeks they've been getting a high number of calls on their sets showing as coming from DN 400 (ACD DN) but it's dead air. Nobody is there. My first guess is that people end up in the ACD Que hang up and the call rings through anyways. Is this possible? In one case when the call came through this way there was a caller but he had the wrong number. I'm thinking most people would hear the BACD announcement and then just hang up.
Also what debug command could I use to try and capture what is actually happening.
Thanks!

First of all, does "reload" helps?
Which exact IOS are you running ?

I haven't tried a reload yet.
It's running 8.2

Go ahead and let us know. In the meanwhile you can contact Navin Albert to access 8.6 as beta.

Will do.
Does 8.6 have any fixes for BACD issues?

B-ACD/AA in itself (the scripts) is stable. The issue is more be with IOS in general, phone firmware, etc.
