What is the audio file requirement in order to load up custom
recordings to the UC320 Auto Attendant?
If the recording studio compaby does the full audio/Wave file in other format than G-729, can we convert it using any sostware tool.
I heard Cisco does have a tool to convert this type of file.
Please advise.
