I recently installed a new UC320 with a basic day and night auto attendant. The system has 1 main number with 4 roll-over numbers. For the day auto attendant, it is basic with press 1 for x, press 2 for y, etc. However, if a someone is on the main number, the auto attendant does not work and will not xfer calls to the extension. If the main number is not being used, the auto attendant works just fine. The night auto attendant works fine whether or not the main line is in use or not. Any suggestions? Has anyone seen this issue before? We have reviewed thet 2 auto attendants and they appeared to be configured the same. Thanks!

I believe we may have a sporadic telco issue. The telco provider is seeing errors on the main number.

Can you submit feedback from your UC320? Login -> upper right corner -> services -> feedback.
This will provide your configuration including the AA.

Call flow is Mainumber-->AA-->Extension
Here problem you having with mainnumber or once they reach AA and press 1 are 2 calls are not landing one perticular ext?

Issue was resolved. It was a telco issue.
